[Noble Amhara]

A Military Agreement should be signed between both states.

- Amhara Liyu will only intervene in Afar War once Afar is pushed across the Awash River
- Afar Liyu will help capture rebel escapees from Dawa Chefe
- Both States will not have any border conflict but will support wars against expansionists
- Both states will be united against any sign of illegal Oromia Expansionism into Northern Ethiopia
- both states will ensure Tigray follows the code of law and is not free to commit crime or land grab into afar and Amhara
