Shewa is where ethnicities like Gurage Amhara Welayta overlap with Oromo. Historically people of Shewa did not care about ethnicity and orgin but believed in humanity this changed when OLF & EPRDF seized power and destroyed the multi ethnic provinces
Today folks like shimeles Abdisa are making sure Amhara and Oromia do not get along
