In the 4th week of November 2020, wedimedhin militia intentionally fired countless artillery shells, deliberately targetting Adigrat University professors' residential house. In that massive and highly criminal attack, 6 Adigrat University professors died instantly and 4 others were seriously wounded . We do not know who among them were Tigreans and/or non-Tigreans but obviously, it is a major loss for the country as a whole and is a serious war crime that will be investigated by the UN . Interestingly, it happened at the end of the 1st phase of the war when TDF had already withdrawn from Tigrean cities. During that horrible incident, Ethiopian Soldiers were angry at the werada [deleted] Hamasenays for doing that crime against humanity so much so that a mini battle was started between both invaders until wedimedhin begged Meshrefet to stop it ASAP as he had already lost over a dozen of his militias in that skirmish.
