ለምሳሌ የትግሬ ችግር (ቀውስ) የፖለቲካ ትያቄ ሳይሆን የዉሃና ያፈር ቀውስ ነው !! ስንት ዎያኔ ይህን መሰረታዊ ችግር ይገባዋል???
ሌላ ልጥፍ ላይ ይህን ነገር ደጋግሜ አንስቼዋለሁ ። ያካባቢውና ያለም ሃያላን የኢትዮጵያን የዉሃ ሃብት ለመቆጣጠር እስትራተጂክ ትግል እያደረጉ ነው። አለምን ወደ ፊት የሚገዛት ቴክኖሎጂ አይደለም፣ ዉሃ ነው። ቴክኖሎጂ ያለ ውሃ ባዶ ሜካኒዝም ነው።
ውሃ የህይወት ህላዌ ዋስትና ብቻ ሳይሆን የምግብ፣ ጥሬ ዕቃ፣ ፍጆታ፣ የአየር፣ የእጸዋት፣ ያፈር፣ እና እንሰሳት ብልጽግና ሁሉ የሚነዳው በዉሃ ይሆናል። መኪና የሚነዳው በዉሃ ይሆናል። ዉሃን ወደ ኤሌክትሪክ በመለወጥ ወይም በቀጥታ ዉሃ በማጠጣት ።
የዛሬ ፔትሮሊየም ሃብታም አገሮች ያላቸው ሃይል ነገ ኢትዮጵያ እንደ ሃይድሮ ሃያል አገር የሚኖራት ሃይል ነው። ይህን ለመቆጣጠር ነው እነ አሜርካና ታናሽዋ ብሪታኖያ በኢትዮጵያ ላይ ሚሸርቡት ።

Ethiopia has 3 ways of storing water. (1) Vegetation, Soil and Dams.
1. Cover the Ethiopian land surface with trees and vegetation 1/3 of our rainfall water will be preserved inside the Green Ethiopia!
2. As we cover Ethiopian land surface with trees, grass and vegetation, 1/3 of the Ethiopian rain water will be stored and preserved in the Ethiopian soil!
3. The remaining 1/3 of our rain water, we will be reserve and store in zillions of small and big dams all over our 100s of rivers.
The Great Ethiopian Water Pipeline Projects.
1. We must build small pipeline to Irrigate the entire Ethiopia
2. We must build medium size water pipelines to supply any region with its water needs
3. We must build mega water pipelines to water and green up the entire South Omo dry areas, the entire Ogaden and Harar region, the entire Afar region. Ogaden and Afar alone can feed the whole of Middle East
This is how we can punish Egypt if they choose and continue to be The #1 Enemy of Ethiopia !!
To organize and oversee this mega National Agenda, we need to create a capable New Ministry - ENMPM! በቃ!!!
