Many of the artillery attacks did not appear aimed at specific military targets but struck generalized populated areas.
The United Nations high commissioner for human rights should send a fact-finding team into the region to investigate alleged violations of the laws of war in Tigray, and to ensure that evidence of abuses is preserved, Human Rights Watch said.

Human Rights Watches Are None Reliable Sources Of Organization. If Human Rights Watches Are Honest ☆ They Would Have Said A Lots Of Things About Saudi Arabia, U A.E. U.K And Of Course U.S.A. Crimes Of Killing / Genocide In Yemen, Aleppo, Syria And Iraq. Go Figure Edu Shikorr.

I can’t disagree there. International laws are enforced where there’s alignment with the interests of powerful countries. In this case, it looks like it does.
