The Quite response to Sudan’s aggression by Abiy’s Minister of foreign affairss Puzzling.
Without objecting Abiy’s nonmilitary response to Sudan’s aggression, and in the face of Sudan’s bravado thereafter, however, it’s an awkward foreign policy calculus for Abiy’s administration to fail to make an official condemnation of the Sudan’s military aggression and announcement to the security council about the breach of international law. Ethiopia need to do it soon – so that the World registers and remembers what happened when Ethiopia decide to take action to correct Sudan’s uppity adventure.
