I am not surprised a bit. They have been engaged in known international crimes. They were selling armaments to Al-shabab and other terror groups, they were arming OLF genocide agents, they have been arming and training the so called "Qimant" bandits, they still are killing children in Gumuz.
It is just a matter of time before these criminals are hunted like Nazi Gestapo.
