Having traveled extensively myself, even though I haven't been to Eritrea yet, I believe the most peaceful and safest countries in whole Africa are currently Eritrea and Rwanda. Bravo!

Somalia used to be the safest country in Africa, and Mogadishu the cleanest capital in Africa a few decades ago!
