We need to be competitive globally.
We need to modernize the economy.
Using English as the working language is necessary.
Amharic should not be a working language. It should be used by Amhara or others who want to use it.
Ethiopia's children should get scientific knowledge via English. Children should learn English starting from kinder-garden (KG).
Locally scientific publications could be conducted only in English and can be available for the international community easily.
Making non-Amhara learn amharic is counter-productive and is a waste of talent and resources.
Embrace modern Ethiopia where every one speaks English just like Kenya, India, Pakistan etc.
