Afars' are with Tigray ! Abiy visit is to persude support from Afar!
Abiy who has sold Ethiopia to Egypt and it's agent Isaias has zero support in Oromia. Now he is trying to get some support from Afar so that they help him to encircle Tigray. Afars' are historically the strategic partners of Tigray. As an example, the anti Tigray Munzinger led Egyptian army was destroyed in Afar in 1875 while Minilik of Showa was always conspiring against Tigray.

No they are not, Tigrayans divided Afar families and gave Afar land and coastline to Isaias Afwerki.

You know that the present day Eritirea was given to Italy 100 years ago by Minilik. Before thirty years, we didn't have Afar land and we have it today. If Afars' of Ethiopia and Eritirea decide to integrate no one can stop them.
