Ethiopia should control the Red Sea through her naval forces and tourism. Ethiopia should take the South Mereb Region by force and get approved by UN base on Wuchale Treaty. Italy was defeated in 1896 at Adwa and had no colonial right over North Mereb. But the South Mereb was part of Ethiopia as per Wuchale Treaty.
Ethiopia should provoke war against Eritrea and Tigray and eliminate the anit-Ethiopia groups. Tigray should be restructured, where Adwa and Shire could be part of Gondar ( as it used to be).
