As far as Ethiopia can't afford to give a better alternative to its citizens the better option is allowing the "exploitation" in forms of dumping loan of the citizens instead of sitting around idle and succumbing to abject poverty, where people have to leave their own country in search of better life and end up losing their own organs on the journey to there.

It is simply about making a choice between loosing money (labour) or one's natural organs, it is upto you to choose.
