Targeted sanctions against Tigrai

Post by justo » 14 Nov 2019, 17:33

There is a growing consensus in both Ethiopia, Eritrea and the Sudan that the HOA countries should enforce some sort of targeted sanctions against Tigrai. Abiy should confiscate all illegally procured properties of the TPLF and its cronies, including EFFORT. Since Tigrai is a kilil and not a country, there is no need to engage the AU or UN for this, it should be handled at the sub-region level.

Amhara and Oromo elites instead of bickering over minor issues should provide leadership and draft a resolution. This will save the HOA yet another lost decade. Tigrai elites should be tamed for Ethiopia to prosper.

The woyane are still planting news items in the Human Rights Watch, Al Jazeera, Jeune Afrique etc etc.

Any news outlet that bemoans the closure of the border to Tigray, the freezing of ህዝብ ለህዝብ peace process, the lack of progress from the Eritrean side, all these are news items planted by the TPLF. Blogs from dr Tanja Roberts, reports from the HRW, are not prima facie news reports but planted items.

ኢንጂነር ስመኞው ... ህገ መንግስቱ ... ዞር ቶኮር ... ትግራይ ማሶከን ... ህዝብ ለህዝብ ... open borders, all these are woyane talking points. Any news item that mentions any of these is a planted news item.

What this shows is that you don't need government position to corrupt journalists like during the days of Meles, all you need to corrupt dr Tanja Roberts and Jeune Afrique bloggers and journalists is some stolen dollars as in the days of Debretsion and Sebhat Nega.
