What is the cause the TPLF are fighting for?

➼ Is it for Tigray's independence?

• If yes, then why don't they just invoke Article 39 of the constitution and seek secession peacefully?
  
  If no, then what is their cause that is worth sacrificing over one million of Tigrayean youth and child soldiers in the war?

➼ Are they trying to grab power in Ethiopia?

• If yes, don't they realize that they are the most hated terrorist group in the country?
  
  If no, then what do they really want?

➼ Are they hell bent on destabilizing Ethiopia and the region by working as a mercenary group serving the interests of foreign powers?

• If yes, what is there to gain for them from their war of destruction other than securing expired food-aid and biased Western media coverage?
  
  If no, what is the cause that is so worthy that it makes them shoot and kill their own conscripts found retreating during battle?
