የደቡብ አፍሪካ ፕሬዝዳንትና የአፍሪካ ሕብረት የወቅቱ ፕሬዝዳንት የሆኑትን ሲሪል ራማፎሳ፣ የፓኪስታኑ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር፣ የሴኔጋሉና የጋና ፕሬዝዳንቶች፣ የአፍሪካ ሕብረት ዋና ጸሐፊን ጨምሮ በዓለም ዙሪያ ያሉ 140 ታዋቂ ፖለቲከኞችና ባለሙያዎች ደብዳቤው ላይ ፊርማቸውን አኑረዋል።

አሜሪካ ክትባቱን ሊያመርት ይችላል የተባለውን የፈረንሳይ የመድኃኒት አምራች ኩባንያ ሳኖፊ የኮቪድ-19 ክትባትን መስራት ከጀመረ ለአሜሪካ ገበያ ቀድሞ መስጠት አለበት በማለት ግፊት እያደረገች ነው።

ለዚህ ጥያቄዋ ተቀባይነትም "የአሜሪካ መንግሥት ምርምሩ ላይ ቀድሞ ኢንቨስት በማድረጉ በብዛት ቀድሞ የማዘዝ መብት አለው" የሚል ነው።
