Imagine Satan generating ‘true or false’ questions.

Here is what you rather need to be focused on right now:

Truth is truth, no matter what. Facts are facts.

Truth - "They are photoshop explanation" and learned the fact that "
False - "They are prisoners of war"

Satan, don’t ever utter the word ‘truth’ again.

You are showing good progress. You have managed to unlearn the "They are photoshop explanation" and learned the fact that they are prisoners of war". The good book says, ”You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." that works for non-spiritual truths as well. Most learners say the first step is the hardest. Now you have to unlearn hundreds of false explanations and learn the real facts.

To me, it doesn’t make a difference whether a woyane rat says the earth is flat or ellipsoid. You’re an untrustworthy and evil mfkrs that no civilized human being should have a conversation with. You shouldn’t be allowed to roam around on Mother Earth. KIFFU!

It doesn’t matter what a loser woyane rat thinks either.

Back to the real question. Do you believe it is
1.) photoshop of Haile Gebreselassie's marathon run or
2.) real prisoners of war?

The illiterate of the twenty-first century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” Alvin Toffler

Learning, unlearning, and relearning is a cycle of gaining and applying knowledge, discarding out-of-date information (the photoshop explanation by a former POW General) , and gaining new information that builds upon and updates the previous knowledge (accept the fact that they are real POWs).

I just wanted to ask you a couple of questions. Where is / was 'Agazi' compound or camp? In Tigray, right? To the best of my knowledge, thousands and thousands of military personals (soldiers and service givers) were in the camp; because of the then ‘uncertain’ political realities with Eritrea. These were soldier who took Tigray as their own ‘home’ and Tigrayans as their own ‘families.’ They didn’t consider Tigray even as a’ host’ to have the slightest feeling of 'out comers.' ...

My second question is: if they were rounded up while they were in deep sleep after being demilitarized by the order of senior TPLF military officials, do you still call them ‘prisoners of war’ or ‘VICTIMS OF BETRAYAL’?

Hi Brother Assegid,

I am alright. The camp is about 10 - 15km away from the city center in Mekelle. I think you are confusing the soldiers held in the camp in November 2020 when the war started, with the current POWs captured in June 2021 in Operation Alula which freed Mekelle and all Centreal Tigray.

The former soldiers took Tigray as their own ‘home’ and Tigrayans as their own ‘families.’ They were all freed when ENDF controlled Mekelle at the end of November 2020. After that time TDF became እግረኛ  (as Gen Birhanu Julla said) and did not have any prisoners of war. "ሁሉንም የተያዙብን ወታደሮችን አስለቅቀናል" ነበር ያለው ጠ/ሚ አቢይ በፓርላማ ንግግሩ?

The later were captured after TDF has grown bigger and started to control big areas in May and June 2021.It started to incorporate conventional warfare again. The soldier said (at 7:00 see below the link at that specific time) he was captured in ሰኔ 13 (June 20 in GC). A Situation Report by Europe External Programme with Africa dated 24 June 2021 reported that 3,356 soldiers were already captured by 23 June.

When I heard that TDF let all the Northern Command high officers go free, I was asking myself, "Why did they not kill them? Why did they let them go free knowing that they hunt them down from day 1?" The only logical answer I had was that they did not want to commit war crimes. They must have been making decisions in a rational way even when facing defeat. It was amazing to see rank and file members also complied with the decision even when emotions were sky high. They must have been confident that the defeat was temporary.

Hello Sarcasm; thank you so much for the detailed info. I agree with you and I’m not denying that TPLF had taken a huge number of captives. Let alone the organized syndicate which were amassing heavy military ammunitions and missiles for decades, even FANO fighters with simple personal Kalashnikov are doing it on a daily base. Here also, don’t forget the impact of USA and other countries’ role in providing up-to-date satellite intel to TPLF 8)

However; Sarcasm, I don’t think that TPLF is that much dum b to release all the captives when they left Mekele and fled to the ‘desert.’ If there is a danger of airstrikes, it is common to encapsule yourself inside entities that the attacker doesn’t dare or want to harm … be it civilians, public service giving sectors, war prisoners, and so on. I really feel ashamed to cite the Pinocchio who considers lying as a means to earn respect / victory. Otherwise, he was boosting as: Situation room

Anyways; the bottom line is, it is true that TPLF had taken quite a number of prisoners at some battlefields; but not to the extent that Halafi Mengedi and others were reporting or picturing it 8)

Have a wonderful weekend, Brother Sarcasm.

Give credit where its due  Amhara Region and Shaebia deserve some credit too for sabotaging the the joint venture for their self-interests :P

Amhara Region started to unconstitutionally annex Tigray Region's territories to its region against the Federal Government's pronouncement and obsessed with ethnic cleaning Tigrayans from West and South Tigray.

Shaebia intensified its murder spree in Axum and every part of Tigray it entered.

Amhara Region's and Shaebia's actions made it clear to Tigrayans in particular and everyone in the world that the Abiy, Isaias & Amhara Region Alliance was against the Tigray Region - not TPLF.

Tigrayan youth flooded into TDF the training sites and the general Tigrayan public gave everything they have to feed and support the struggle. The public resistance lead by TPLF's brain and experience helped Tigray to regain its Capital after mere 6 months!
