That was the first question that came to my mind as well however, after looking at what he wrote closely mainly "ሲራክ የሚባል ሰው ድሮ እንግሊዝ የነበር በዎይናኤ ኢራን የኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ የቀጠሩት አድር ባይ", I trust Horus was mainly wanting to use an anecdotal evidence; evidence collected in an informal manner, looking at the corrupt TPLF/EPRDF (1) officials. We have yet to see how EPRDF (2) (p2) fairs. So far so good! Dr. Abiy is weeding them out slowly.

Amharic sayings generalize to make a point but, if you're a truly confident individual, you don't need to take them personally nor seriously; it's more of a way of making one smile. Thanks to "ethnic federation" of Ethiopia everybody is too sensitive to all ethnic jokes these days.
