How do they become Leaders?
These two individuals are high-ranking officials in the current government of Ethiopia. They can lead their respective region to greatness only if Ethiopia becomes great. Trying to bring individual regions to a better position without taking into consideration the path to greatness of Ethiopia could be futile, I am affraid.

Being a leader in Ethiopia is so simple, be dumb. You only need to the pass the dumb test and pass it. Then, you get a high ranking position.
