Regarding your biggest concern, Fano, this too is the world's #1 concern of Gala Abiy Ahmed and all his hired trolls. You cannot help it other than being frantically nervous when will the sky collapose over the heads of savage Gala and his Chiwawa's often hired from Wurage-land. Gurage doesn't want to fight against Fano or Amara. Amara is killing Amara because of power struggle. Fano is not happy with Amaras in Arat Kilo. Too bad; may be out of wrong assessment.
