There is nothing Tigray has to negotiate with Ethiopia. Tigray is a province and as such internal administrative boundary is a routine affairs, especially when it was historically existent. The only correction needed is to restore the pre-TPLF or pre-derg administrative boundary - no exceptions for Tigray but across every TPLF tampered issues.
When an internal administrative boundary becomes an issue that brings external entities such as the U.S. and the UN's mule AU, it is obvious TPLF is up to steal away Amhara land and people (in a time where Amhara has been subdued, marginalized, disarmed, droned) and establish its pipe dream "Abay Tigray Republic".
One thing that proved itself over and over again is TPLF just like Shabia and OLF is a separatist. And that is the very reason million TDF died in the last active war and now some has come as TPF/Simret - Samri/ standing with OLF-PP and others as TDF standing with their cousin Shabia.
Again, a sure you, Tigray province will never be the same as the TPLF/EPRDF era. I wish ordinary Tigre people spared from the evil remnant TPLF grip. As we speak, thousands of Tigres are fleeing Tigray and are crowding Wolo aiming to arrive at Addis Ababa.
