Who is General Hailu Gonfa?
I heard recently on the media with regard to the recent agreement between Jaal Sagni Negasa's Shane group and the Government of Oromia that General Hailu Gonfa was instrumental for the achieved peace deal. If this is true, then the man has deserved something on the scale of a Noble Peace Prize award. Many Oromos are relieved by the news and the gain of peace will be felt and lived for many years to come.
