Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
I don't really care what the Olympics body thinks now. I want this race rerun. I could not believe what I was seeing what was done to our world record holder daughter Gudaf. I also don't care if that was intentional or not. I want a rerun.

Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
I finally decided not to recognize the result of this race, I never will and there is nothing you can do about it.
Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
Oh shut the fu’ck up. Your girl was wrong to try to pass the Kenyan lady by shoving her almost to the inside field of the stadium.
The leader always has the privilege to hold the shortest distance unless some one passes them on the right side or if a space is open from inside.‘the dumb a’ss agame did neither of them. She wants the Kenyan to leave the spot by shoving her.
I believe the organizers will authorize the result as was finished.
Are they going to check the replay? Yes the will. But they will tell the dumb a’ss agame to go fu’ck herself.

Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
How about our daughter Tsige bint Duguma's silver medal in the women's 800 meters final this after? That is the first medal at the Olympics at that distance for the old country. This is just the beginning for her as she is still 23 yrs old. She will be at her primal 27 yrs old in the next Olympics to be held in LA. Ways to go sweetheart Tsige!!!
There is one exiting final tomorrow in which our daughter Lomi MULETA will compete in the women's 3,000 meters steeplechase final. It will be during the afternoon hours. Check your local listings for the exact and let's all cheer for her.
The day after that on Wednesday men will compete in the 3,000 meters steeplechase final.
Don't be discouraged by eyal-al-souqs among us. Our Somali brothers and sisters have an appropriate and good word for such lost souls, farakh!!! No, I'm not gonna tell you what my Oromo and Amhara brothers and sisters call such potties. No, I am not gonna do that because I consider this forum a family show.

I'm politely asking the President of Ethiopia H.E. Sahle-Work bint Zewde to bestow the nation's highest honor upon our gallant athlete daughter Tsige Duguma for winning the first medal(silver) ever for Ethiopia in the women's 800 meters final at the Olympics.

Ittubafarda the liar, evil Ethiopian rat
. Your title of the thread says that we all should cheer for all the eastern African countries athletes in the Paris Olympics, which any sport lover agrees including me.
But you mother fu’cker liar Ethiopian was cheering for the stupid agame Ethiopian lady while you knew that she fu’cked up big time, by almost killing the Kenyan female athlete by shoving her hard to pass her by illegal means and told us that Ethiopia lodged a complaint and the race out come will be reversed. How on hell can you be a neutral observer who said is cheering for all, but evilness made you want the Kenyan lady be punished when like I told you earlier that if any one should be punished it is the finfinti agame (Ethiopian)named GUHAF (garbage) who shouldn’t not only punished but banned from any other world races.
Guhaf is an evil lady (agame trait). She tripped Hassan in a previous race and Hassan completely fell down and got injured too.
So you a’ss wipe, change the title of your thread if you didn’t mean it. You are as evil as GUHAF.
Sports shouldn’t be politics or favoritism.
It is about being neutral and appreciate the athletes and above all knowing the rules of the respective sports.
Mother fu’cker, liar and evil rat
you are just like your 120 million Ethiopians rats.
Well while you were waiting some one to be punished, I told you that yes the organizers will look at it as they should, but at the same time before their verdict, I told you that the stupid agame athlete is the one who will be punished and it became as I said.
I don’t freaking play favoritism or politics when it comes to sport. I like all of them and I want them all to finish their events safe and let the better athlete of the day win it.
But to be evil and liar like you should not even watch sport events, for you don’t freaking understand what kind of pains they ALL go through to be Olympians.

Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
Our athlete was close to win a medal in the women's 3,000 meters final settling for 4th place by our gallant athlete Sembo ALMAYEW. She is 24yrs old now and there is a lot of running left in her in the years to come. We applaud you, hon!!
Folks, tomorrow is another major competition day for our men in the 3,000 meters steeplechase final. All three of our athletes are in it along with the world record holder Girma Lemecha. They will be against 3 Kenyans, 2 Moroccans and 2 Tunisians. Let's cheer all of them!!!

Ethiopia is tied at 3rd with Uganda in medal count from Africa after Kenya and South Africa. Egypt way down among the last in the whole competition and somebody might have tossed a donated bronze on its lap. There are still a lot of medals for grab left on the hopper from tomorrow through next Sunday August 11, 2024. Let's go our adorable daughters and sons!!!

What a heart breaker for our athletes in the men's 3,000 meters steeplechase final! Our son Girma Lamecha suddenly slipped and fell down hard during the race. He seemed to be going for the lead when he fell. I am sure he was on his way to grab a medal possibly the gold when that happened. He was taken to a hospital by an ambulance. Let's keep him in our thoughts and prayers. You are my champion already, son!!! You are 23 yrs old and there is a lot of running still left in you.

Our countrymen/women in France, please keep us abreast about this young man, Girma Lamecha. I hope and pray he is recovering well from the horrifying fall.

Make sure to cheer our daughters in the women's 1,500 meters semifinal tomorrow. Our golden daughter Gudaf along with 2 of her running mates will be in it. I am sure Gudaf will come back roaring to redeem the injustice done to her in the 5,000 meters final. Go get'em tigress!!!

I'm glad to hear that our golden son Girma bin Lamecha is in the mend after a horrifying fall in the 3,000 meters steeplechase race. It is reported that he is conscious and talking at the hospital where he is being treated. You will always remain a winner in our hearts, son. You fought very heroically and take that terrifying fall just as another battle scar. Speedy recovery, son!!!

Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
The horrifying fall of our son Girma Lamecha after being tripped by the hurdle, has brought out these faceless Ethiopia haters in the open. You can see them celebrating(or making fun of) the terrible accident on this and other forums. Almost all of them are not of Ethiopian heritage so to say. They might have been born in Ethiopia but now they consider themselves non-blacks. You can see them spewing around filthy profanities which shows how they were born and raised unattended. It makes you wonder if even they know who their real father was. For them whoever the man they saw on top of their mothers in the bedroom on ant given day was their birth father. There was Bob on Monday and that was their father that day. Next it was Mack on Tuesday they saw saddling their mother and it was him to be their father. Then it was Jack they saw leaving the bedroom and they took him as their father. Next was Rich followed David followed Don followed by Jim on the same day. Our dear Somali brothers and sisters call such hussies 'dhilo' and in the Middle East such son of a thousand fathers are known as ibn-al-qahaba(gahaba). I don't wanna tell you what my Oromos and neighbor Amharas call such potties. No, no way! It would too improper on this family show.

The last 3 days were not good days at all to our athletes. Let cheer then in the Men's and Women's marathon and men's 5,000 meters final. Both men's marathon and 5,000 are scheduled today. Women's marathon is on Sunday, the last day of the 2024 Olympics.

Re: Let's Cheer Our Ethiopian, Djiboutian, Eritrean and Somali Athletes
I am finally rewarded the biggest gold medal of all today!!! Our son Tamrat bin Tolla showed who the real master is on the field. There were two men crossing the finish line and blasting the ribbon with him. His late uncles Abebe and Mamo were with him once he dashed into leading the rest. I saw them urging, egging and coaching him all the way. I was hearing Abebe telling him not to run but float like my 1960's Lincoln Continental Convertible. He heeded that. I could hear the 'Human Steel' Mamo telling not to look forward but to look down at the lane in front of him and he heeded that. I was like 'get'em son! Get'em son for me! Get'em! Get'em'!!! It took me hours to recover!!! In addition, my other daughter Naomi bint Girma and teammates got me another gold medal on the soccer field this afternoon. Can't beat that! I'm good now! I'm good for the next 3 months. Once I fully recovered, it was time for me to dust off my old 1960’s vinyl soul spiritual collection and start spinning ‘Today, I Started Loving You all Over Again’.

I was doubly awarded this morning by my two daughters who finished just 3 seconds apart with gold and silver medals in the women’s marathon. Sifan bint Hassan and Tigist bint Assefa have hugged me goodbye with blindingly glittering gold and silver. It is the pudding finish on the cake and I am enjoying every bite of it. I’m good now. I’m good for the next 6 months. Thank you sweethearts!!!

Meanwhile, I want to congratulate our Somali brothers and sisters for the silver medal won by athlete Bashir Abdi in the men's marathon at the Paris Olympics. Take a bow hero Bashir bin Abdi!!! You are my hero too just as Hussein Ahmed Salah from Djibouti was in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul and the 1985 New York Marathon in !!!
