Many, in Oromo and Tigrey communities, fail to understand the reason why Fano took up arms.
To my understanding, they just want Amara to have an equal and free representation on the conference table in the writing of a new constition that they will participate in with true ambassadors of the Amara people.

They complained that during the 1991 constitution conference of the TPLF/ EPRDF, they were not represented by Amara ambassadors of their choice.

I take their demand to be fair and simple.

They will abide by the democratic principle of 2/3 majority. If the conference adopts confederation, federation or unitary government by 2/3, they would respect themselves and accept it.

Amara now have seen ourselves as Amaras for the first time. And this will stay....

According to you, tribal federation system is the future, if so, Amara will fight to rule our own ancestoral lands that includes the whole Amara, Addis, Welega, Arisi, the whole Shewa, etc. We will fight to retain our lands. We will not allow agame or others to live on our lands while they loot and kill our people as they did in the past. Say good bye to living in Addis while you show your hate to the owners

If you want to keep the current system, it's fine for Amara too. We will just continue to arm ourselves and prepare for the bigger wars coming since every ethnic will be working to loot territories and resources from other ethnics like the oromuma is doing it now. That is where you agames want to go, let's go! You are the one who will lose and may disappear from the face of the earth as a result. Amara will fight to keep our water, food, and all resources to serve our people ONLY! What I said is true if the current tribal system stays as you suggest as it also isolated Amara



Unlike you agames FANNO has great plans for Ethiopia! FANNO working to bring a true democracy and freedom for all Ethiopians by removing ethnic federalism you have been choking the people with for over 30 years.
