is horus still beating the dead horse called the MOU i think that issue died back in March they send they would have implement it in one month then it was 3 months then they said they would implement in may , And then the drunk officials of Hargeisa said it will be done in June well we are june soon they will say it is going to be next year. No Sea for Ethiopia that is for sure.

Ethiopia having secured a Navy base in SLR and commercial ports of Djibouti, Hargiesa & Lamu is now considering the Asab and port a port in the Sudan - a behavior expected of a great nation.
