A serious question! Why do the Amhara allow disgruntled Tigrayans to lead them, and allow them to destroy their millennia old relationship with Tigray?

The two 'Amhara' leaders that have worked hard and succeeded to destroy millennia old Amhara / Tigray relationship are Col. Demeke Zewdu and Aba Petros - leader of Ethiopian Orthodox Synod.


Under Col. Demeke's leadership a successful ethnic cleansing of Tigrayans have been committed by Amhara forces in Western Tigray. This crime has been recorded as 21st century's internationally recognized prominent ethnic cleansing. Col Demeke was a member of TPLF and rose to the position of colonel under TPLF.




Under Aba Petros's leadership millennia old Amhara / Tigray ecclesiastical relationship has been broken and Tigrayan Orthodox church instituted which ended Amhara / Tigray Orthodox church union.



It is an undeniable fact that both are ethnic Tigrayans. Couldn't the Amharas find Amhara leaders? Why did the Amhara allow 'Tigrayans pretending to be Amhara' to destroy Amhara / Tigray?
