Wollo has already came to one Ez and the leader is Colonel Fantahun Muhaba and Deputy is Mere Wedajo
Gojjam is already in one Ez and the leader is Shaleqa Zinabu
Shoa is in the process and i forsee Aba Refref (Asegid) or Meketaw
Gondar in the process. There are quite many fanos and fano leaders there. Not clear who will be zonal leader.

It will be good if they come into one elected body while maintining Zonal structures as well incase of drone attacks in central command. It is amazing on how they pull all this in just 7 months. Very remarkable achievment to avoid drone attacks on leaderships yet. This means fano network is so far inpenetratable for PP informers unlike TDF where it had its leadership survived narrowly in many occasions

Shaleqa Zinabu is largely unknown with no digital footprint he qualifies only as military underground leader and not (public face)

Fano has many soldiers but few become leaders as such leaders are based off of popularity so whoever is most popular and shows signs of a spokesperson and communicator are well needed. Kudos to Abebe Mulatu may he and others grow in ranking

The thing is Fano doesn't have 1 leader so if you insult eskinder or Zemene it doesn't matter you are just stating your ambowan grievances. As of now Zemene is in the Chaka he has successfully outsmarted pp same with mere Wedajo
