Are these people normal? I doubt it. I did not bother to listen, The title is enough for me to determine that these people are not smart. No authority in Eritrea or Ethiopia has the power to negotiate with sovereign territories. Governments are ephemeral, Sovereign territory transcends their power! One doesn't need a PhD to understand this. One can't cut and parcel sovereign lands at will.

The Dr is suggesting a solution as an alternative to what the PM came up with(Ethiopian airlines). one thing surprised me, is his utter disregard to the people of Afar however he wants to sound pragmatic.
