With demands for decentralized administrations come, on top of other factors, taking responsibility of administration by each State and economic viability of that State.

News of the establishment of Sidama State has been a good reference for me. I can't tell if Adola is in the new State. If so, with its coffee and gold, Sidama State can be a solidly self-sustaining State.
