What makes Putin tribalist because the Russian language speaking Ukrainians number half of the total population of Ukraine but then discriminated and killed at will by the non Russian language speaking Ukrainians for which reason active war have been going on for last some 8 years with western countries providing continuous and generous inflows of hard and soft military supplies with an Eye on the abundant Russian resources just next door to Ukraine and in that way making the conflict go no with no end in sight to the extent that the Russian language group were close to facing extermination. Eight long years Putin was patient waiting for the Ukrainians to negotiate and settle their differences on win-win basis but with no success. The idea is also to spread chaos and lawlessness in to neighboring Russia who have diverse abundant resources which are more than enough not only for Russia but also for most of the world population.

If chaos takes place in Russia all of these resources will be stolen by one or two Casino economy traders while the Russian people may remain poor and wretched. Last time when the Soviet system crashed and chaos took place, a certain Russian named, Khodorkovsky, probably a Russian Jew grabbed almost all the Russian gas and oil resources as his own property and started splitting them in to pieces and retail selling shares all over the world. But then Russians woke up sooner and grabbed the guy and placed him in metal cages with hands and legs chained with thick metal chains. But you hopeless anarchists think that a responsible intelligent leader should not and must not discharge his duties dutifully but instead run around and bark like you, the empty head mad dogs.
