The Amhara killed Eritreans in their 30 years war for unity, which means the continuation of Amhara domination. Adwa was not a victory, it a small battle won by Tigrayans led by Mengesha ( Son of Emperor Yohannes) and Allula Aba Nega. Tigrayans do not give a damn for Adwa Battle because it was just a battle which Ethiopia was a victim of Menelik betrayal of Africa through The Wuchale Treaty.
The people had wars against The roman Empire, against Egypt etc. But this will not celeberated as Tigrayans are friends with Europe and Arabs. Tigray should oppose any celebration of Adwa Battle.Europeans and Arabs are our brothers and sisters, not our enemies. Tigray will co-operate with Europeans and Arabs in the future in promoting peace iand development in Africa and the Middle East.
