Save lives and let the international aid organisations distribute food/tents and other basic materials. Let the people lead their normal lives. This is the wisest way to do. Killing them en masse is unethical and the government leaders maybe brought to justice. Still there are serious evidence that there has been genocide. The government should arm the people so that they defend them selves against rapists and thieves.

Eritrean troops should leave Ethiopia. Repatriate all Eritreans to Ethiopia. Ethiopia should follow international
law if it wants to allow foreigners to come for work. Every foreigner should have a visa and the police should be able to trace if any crime is committed. so Eritreans can come back to Ethiopia with visa regulations and proper documentation. This should have been done by TPLF-EPRDF.
