The Ethiopian community in Australia must report this man for inciting communal violence in Ethiopia.
Australia has a strict law that punish such individuals including deportation.
Australia actively deports non-citizens who pose a threat to public order or incite violence, utilizing strict character tests under the Migration Act 1958 to remove individuals deemed dangerous to the community.

I think the mildest form of punishment to this Galla, nomadic pastoralist ( who never had a history of urbanization) would be to get him a job in one of the rich Australian rancher cowboys as ranch-hands. Ararsa can make a great cattle hand 
There is one more potential cattle-hand; that is Sodo Galla, Horus

The first Ethiopian l heard you said make sense! Loser Ethiopians got used to protesting in Western nations with 0 results for years until it became for fun and hobby. They watched Weyanes and Shabia doing anti Ethiopian campaign and lobbying while Ethiopians are sitting duck. Even today, it is Weyane and Shabia's represebtatives are present in congress third one from Colorado Weyane woman!
Ararsa l bet you Weyane born and bred in Oromiya. He is not happy tge trajectory of Weyane losing so what he is activating is tge Oromo- born Weyane's. I bet Shimels is one of them!
