OPDO thinks a guy from Arsi or Bale should have ownership rights while the Addis Ababans who built it and lived there for generations should live as second class citizens and as guests in their own fkg city.

According to the rules of the commission, all issues that are agreed with more than 67% of the participants are considered a done deal! OPDO lost with 94% of the vote but it has been now decided to look the matter once again after expelling participants from the venue etc.
Imagine losing with so much margin while OPDO officials represented not only Oromia but also Addis and Dire, and the other participants are all PP cadres
