For centuries, it was called the Somali Peninsula. Some guy sitting in UN or US foreign affairs thought that it looks like a horn of a reino. So, he gave a lecture to rename it a Horn. This time to include all countries in the hinterland which used to be called Northeast Africa. Since then, since the 1980, Somalia, Djibuti, Ethiopia, Eritrea are horns. No one protested this racism of the powers that pump money to our annual budgets against the degradation of former northeast Africa to a part of an animal. All seemed to have said, " Give us the money, call us anything".
