Mr. Cigar has a mental breakdown. I have noticed for a while comparing Ethiopia and Eritrea seems to be his obsession. Maybe the theory he has been brought up brainwashed been not materialized as he thought it would be.
To begin with, the need for comparison is uncalled for. He might have lived in North America for a long time, and he bought the theory some people are genetically superior than others. Those people who laid out that hypothesis based their opinion on people’s skin color.
