In cabondioxide capture from the air, both plants, trees and grass, do the same job.
He could help stop desertifications in Afara and Somali region.

He is only impressing Europe and US for green credit, nor solving Ethiopia's desertification problem.

Ethiopia’s Green Legacy Initiative, launched by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, is funded through a dedicated legal allocation of 0.5% to 1% of the federal annual budget, amounting to roughly $40 million to $80 millinon USD annually. External grants also contribute, such as a $9.8 million USD project from the Global Environment Facility managed via the United Nations Environment Programme.
