Gurage idolizes work or Totot while with the Armadillo tribe idolizes gedai or killer.

Different worldviews are outcomes of culture. Culture justifies your actions because it encourages or discourages those actions.

In Armadillo culture, if you are a killer of a human being, your status in society is high with an hnorable adjective of Gedai or killer.

In Gurage, your high status in society is whether you are a hardworker with resultant doughs to show for it. Without killing a human being. Without maiming another person but solely from work.

Q*matas and Gurage are in a parallel universe.

It is in their culture. Lack of honesty, deception, backstabbing and violence.
