I am dying to hear a Gurage parliamentarian speak in parliament

Gurage( 7bet, Welene and Kistane) has 15 parlianentary representatives. I haven't heard any one of speak on Gurage specific problems to Abiy Ahmed on the prolonged absence of peace and critical infrastructure.
Is this not negligence?
