Shiw biz...there is cost to the public..How much was it and what's return on investment.
Ethiopia is burdened by debt foreign as well as internal. 46% of the GDP goes to pay the interest on the principal.
Failing to be pragmatic and share and devolve highly centralized for peace has costs.
Mengistu failed to compromise with EPRP, TPLF/EPLF, we know the results. He received 30 millionn USD to abandon the govv he led and Ethiooia to a secured residence in Zimamabe.
