Eden, Ethiopian American. There is no a country that I know that is called Tigray. She will be one member among 435 representatives.
The primary keeps rewarding the extremists.
Now, it is MAGA time to the left.
As for the politics of Ethiopia, she might have the same influence as Sir Thomas of the ER has.

it only shows how desperate you are getting every passing day! Abiy as a leader of over 130 M. people panicking just due to a single individual potentially getting elected to the Congress of the US? How low could you get more yet?
If there is something that will panics me, then that is only the thought of why the so called citizens of Eritrea, a fake entity that calls itself an independent country, after getting seceded from Ethiopia before approximately 4 decades, still preoccupied with what would happen, fabricated or real, in Ethiopia rather than that is happening in their own fake country still now.
That kind of state of mind is more than just a panicking, it is already a kind of mental sickness en masse and chronic.

Eden's idea that PM Abiy may be nervous about the effect of a Tigrey American elected to the powerful US Congress, where she will influences America-Ethiopia relations, especially linking USAID to Ethiopi'as respects for human rights past and present is valid. This is such a big event Aboy Ahmed cannot ignore. What he will do to counteract her influence is he will hire lobbyists.

I have a feeling he may approach her with donations thru his already existing lobbyists not only to silence her and also to be a permanent goodwill ambassador of his gov.

She will definitely influence using her connections. Not a good news for PP. If she is not afraid of the Jewish & Israel who can offer with more carrot and stick, she won't be fooled & corrupted by the Beshasha boy. Let the beshasha boy fool listros with small money and condominiums.
Back in 2021 she was aggressive in clubhouse and was heard saying that she is pro Tigray independence and would not consider herself Ethiopian. Back then I would have challenged her. But now I don't care if she says that word. As an irridentist now, I am up for an amicable divorce if it comes than forcing everyone into Ethiopia.
Let All Beher Behereseb be an independent country if that is the wish. Tired of listening their cry that says Amhara didthis to us, Amhara did that to us. Let them try it alone. I personally would relocate to the Republic of Gurage confederates. Probably in the independent country of Enor. If not Mesqan or Sodo.
