የጉልበት እና የቀን ሥራ (ባሬላ) ለመሸከም ለመቀጠር የዩኒቨርስቲ ድግሪ ያስፈልጋል። በኢትዮጵያ መናጢ ስራ አጥነት እና ድህነት በመኖሩ የሰፈር ውስጥ ኮብል ስቶን ድንጋይ ለመሸከም እና ለመስራት ድግሪ ተመራቂዎች ረጅም ሰልፍ ይጠባበቃሉ። ዛሬ በኢትዮጵያ ድግሪ መመረቅ ሳይሆን የብልጽግና ፓርቲ ወይም የጴንጤ ፓስተር ያበላል።

እኔስ ከዚህም በፊት እንዳልኩት፣ መስራታቸዉ ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ የምሰሩበት ፍጥነት ነዉ የደነቀኝ? ከምኑ ተጀምሮ ከምኑ እንደምያልቅ ማወቅ አልቻልንም፣ እኮ፣ ይህ ታዕምር ነዉ፣ ማለት ይቻላል።
