I do no know who gave him a PHD but this CPR instructor in USA is under police custody. His victims are most likely to be Ethiopians and Habesha. If he lives near you, ask your family, children or the community, around the Montgomery County. Police is asking for more victims to contact them.
If this us true, he may even have more poor young Ethiopian victims in Ethiopia.
