What the statistics don't reveal is the enormous scale of misery in Ethiopia. You see, you have 20 times our population. So if 50% of Ethiopians don't have access to clean drinking water, it means over 65 million people. That, Horsey, is 10 times the population of Eritrea. Building a park is easy. Any idiot like Abiy can do it. What is tough is making sure 65 million of your people have clean drinking water. A tiny minority of Ethiopians may enjoy the parks. But 130 million Ethiopians have no energy to enjoy it. They are too hungry to walk in parks!
