Abiy has made himself enemies left and right
First to attack Tigray Abiy Ahmed used Amhara Forces and Eritrea Forces to siege Tigray
Once he signed the Pretoria agreement and was done with Tigray he immediately went into full scale war with Amhara and as well began to threaten Eritrea's sovereignty
Physically going to war with Amhara Fano for 3 years and counting he now dares to fight Eritrea
As well Tigray has rebelled and regained its autonomy Dr Debretsion has now retaken Mekelle in response to Abit Ahmed avoiding to withdrawl Amhara Forces from Welkait

Tsmdo is a loose coalition and is not very strong. It's based on a common enemy wherein both TPLF and HGDEF feel threatened by a strong PP party.
In this case Amhara region has become the battle ground eliminating PP's ability to invade Eritrea or Tigray as Abiy Ahmed lacks the expertise and professional army to be able to handle war with the war hardened northerners.
Abiy Ahmed has now Amhara Forces in Welkait and Tigrean TPF forces who are doing his dirty work. But the basis of Abiy Ahmed's survival in Northern Ethiopia is based off of the divisions within the region.
TPF acts less like and independent entity and more like a mercenary force of Addis Ababa just like Demeke Zewdu. In both cases the survival of PP is based of the division of Amhara and Tigray. Causing division and hatred between both ethnics as well as making those within the ethnics fight against each another is a strategy being used by Abiy
Tsmdo must become an Anti-War movement. If Demeke Zewdu opens discussions with Mekele this dissolves the monopoly of power held by Abiy Ahmed.
So it is correct to say that Fano must have dialogue with both TPLF and Eritrea. The regional Politics must begin to ascend tribalism and isolationism.
Historical grievances can always be used to justify the demonization of these political entities but we must also recognize that these entities rose to power by the fallen martyrs of their collective people and that all political entities are evolving and must evolve.
Politics in the horn is based of off emotionalism and not economical principals. Therefore Tsmdo must transition itself out of a War Mindset to an Economic Mindset. Tsmdo will never be serious if it's just a war term. Economics means opening roads. Allowing historic trade to occur. The trade routes of Axumite Kingdom and Adulis Port City (Massawa) must be re-opened.
Tribalism is proven to be anti-economic as we can see thousands of "Sidetenya" from these regions. We must recognize that politics should no longer be based off of medieval enmities
