Gurages have also played their part , specially in the commercialization and industrialization of Ethiopia. Both speak semitic and are both largely part of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. We can have different political views but we are same people with same destiny.

I guess that standard has been changed since TPLF/OLF imposed their own tribal based unnatural law and region. OLF and TPLF designated Amhara as Non-resident Alien to Ethiopia and incited 83 ቤርቤረሰቦች(cr@ps) to displace, cleanse, disposes Amhara. No one has been harassed, displaced, targeted except Amhara. And accordingly, Amhara has been regarded as if never intermarried, mixed, lived together, or martyred for the sovereignty of Ethiopia. I guess you are from Wello. I have news for you. Wello has established its own Wello Peoples Democratic Organization (WPDO). The expressed manifesto of this organization is to seek its own federal region breaking up EPRDF constituted Amara. Its grievances are discriminatory treatment and administrative oppressions. Recent massacres of Wello Muslims singularly and as a group by fano terrorists have increased the call for Wello's exit from EPRDF's Amara region as soon as possible when the new parliament is duly constituted.
