How the drone attack is a blessing in disguise for some TDF Generals who want no less than to finish Abiy

TDF has lost General Tsadqan and a few others who are willingly choosing to work with OPDO from Addis.
The TDF that remains in Mequelle appears united against Abiy but the reality is the Generals each have varying degrees of animosity towards OPDO and how far they want to go to punish Abiy. There may even be some who sympathize with Gen. Tsadkan.
The recent drone attack against TDF will empower those who want nothing but total war against OPDO, and it will sideline those who want to talk towards a deal at some point.
This is also a blessing for Isayas as he will use this opportunity to pressure TDF to purge those within TDF who harbor grudge against him. Since the drone attack could partly be the result of inside information from within TDF to OPDO, Isaias doesn’t have to sweat too much to make this happen. Isayas can even make the purge a condition of alliance.
This, in turn, will also empower the hardliners inside OPDO as the threat of removal from power becomes real.
All told, all sides will be led to a situation where extreme views are followed, and views of compromise becomes disdainful.
