Sodo sabotaged the Gurage resistance against Menelick in 1878, just 3 years into the resistance, without informing Gurage, unilatetally, on its own. It dpied on Gurage positions for the enemy. It was bribed by Menelick as Abiy Ahmed did this time to sabotage the Guragd unity project of the Gurage Region.
Kistane hates all Gurage groups and will never live together with other Gurage groups.
