Imagine what they were doing with the resources all the years they misruled. Major roads and many infrastructures were laid by italians or british/americans. They would hide the donor fund or send it back where it came from instead of using it for other ethnics!
Remember Gurage had to contribute money privately to have a gravel road which was only allowed during derg and TPLF in fact stoped that self development initiative.
These are real bad people yelling for themselves. All foreign scholarships were used through nepotism by their relatives. If you are not one of them, you would not progress in office or you would not be allowed to hold office or be a professor in Universities or get a scholarship.
