I guess the parameter set by the TPLF — the one you’re referring to — is: “Could you break the record for lying?” Because for thugs, the performance metric could be either stealing or lying.
By that metric, no one beats Abiy Ahmed at telling lie after lie - he scores an A++.
If a pathological liar does not score an A++, then who does?
