A leader is a mentor, educates and upscales the needed skills of an employee. Not hireand fire them . His other poor leadership resulted in massive failure of students in thei final year examination of Grade 12 which shocked Ethiopia and Africa.
University professors and lecturers are not easy to replace ordinary workers like secretaries, middle management or skilled workers like carpenters and mechanics. They are special in that they have ranked top of their classes they attended throughout high schools and universities. Not many of them are in the general public, therefore hard to replace.
